Sometimes living where we do in a colder climate we forget the beauty of the Winter Season. The freezing temperatures, slippery ice and dangerous road conditions can get a bit tiresome. Lucky for us we had a visit from our little niece from Florida. Her excitement to roll, play, dive and even eat the (white) snow rubs off on all of us. Even dh who fell on ice while walking Misha on Christmas day and breaking a rib was excited to join the family on a sledding adventure today. Lots of fun pics from the day.

If you were on the side lines like Jim nursing his broken rib, Bob nursing his shoulder from recent surgery, myself shooting pictures or the rest of the crew sliding down the hill it was apparent we all had a great day.
Looks like it is time to head home for a nice cup of steaming hot cocoa
